NILS INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CONFERENCE, LONDON | 2018

INTRODUCTION

NILS is holding the second edition of their Annual International Arbitration Conference in London, United Kingdom, in association with the Kent International Law Society. The international conference is to take place from February 14 - 17, 2018 and will predominantly focus on both theoretical and practical aspects of international arbitration. In addition to academics, this conference provides the perfect networking opportunity for law students interested in international arbitration as we host this in collaboration with leading international law firms. Lastly, the City of London always has a lot of offer and never fails to amaze you even after visiting it a hundred times.

The programme will focus on arbitration agreements, starting arbitration proceedings, setting up an arbitral tribunal, issues related to jurisdiction and procedure, and arbitral awards.

The programme is open to undergraduate law students, LL.M students, as well as to young practitioners in the field of international law who would like to extend their expertise in the area of international commercial arbitration.
